How do I know if we are a good fit?

How much therapy do I need?
At the heart of therapy is a personalized journey crafted around your unique aspirations and challenges. My role is to help guide you forward as smoothly as possible, empowering you to navigate life's stressors with greater confidence. o t don't aim for indefinite weekly sessions; rather, I hope to guide individuals towards less frequent meetings as we progress. If we choose to conclude our sessions, I'm always open to discussing ways to reconnect should the need arise in the future.
